I am amazed at how many clients care more about getting the lowest price possible vs doing the research to see who they are hiring. As a mother, I'm protective by nature and when a client recently told me about the carpet cleaner that played with her daughter's hair I was alarmed! She told me that she screamed at him "don't touch my daughter!".  She asked him to leave but was very distraught over the incident.
