Unlike most of the other carpet cleaning companies in Atlanta, we want you to SEE who your technician will be before they arrive. No surprises! The other "companies" hide behind their websites. They will never post their pics because if they did, you probably wouldn't call them.
All of the technicians employed by Platinum Carpet Systems are trained extensively on both technical skills and the value added service concepts. Each one is picked based on attitude and personality first. Technical skills can be taught, but work ethic and good attitude must come from within. Family: My wife Ramona, Sons- Caleb(12), Morgan(9) & Daughter - Kennedy(4). Also have a stepson Juwan(18) - I know, The Real Brady Bunch!
Hobbies: X-Box 360, X-Box 360 & X-Box 360. Ok, seriously...X-Box 360, toying around with my I-Phone and most of all traveling to the islands with my wife.
Dreams: I look forward to expanding Platinum to a mini powerhouse. Not too large, maybe 2 more trucks....

Hobbies: Reading business books and magazines,surfing on my IPad, traveling to places that require a Passport and has a beach within walking distance. I'm originally from the Virgin Islands so I love cooking curried chicken, oxtails and fried fish for my friends and family. My secret.....I'm addicted to Gummi Bears! LOL
Dreams: Happy, healthy family and growing old with my dear husband and ignoring the phones when the kids are calling... lol

Congrats to Courtney & Kyle on their bundle of joy. Baby boy Cru! This young lady is incredible! She is super organized and efficient and I thank God she is working with us..life is so much easier now.
Family: Happily married to my husband Kyle for a year and a half. We have one
dog, a shih-tzu named Riley who is one year old.
Hobbies: Scrap-booking, taking pictures, spending time with family and friends,
traveling, reading, and watching and playing sports (GO DAWGS).
Dreams: Finishing school and getting my degree. I am going to school to be a
teacher but have found myself possibly making a career out of working with
Ramona and Willie and helping run the business.. Having a happy, healthy family
and enjoying life to the fullest.

Technician's Helper/CSR ~ 7/2011- Juwan has officially retired from carpet cleaning. He is never home long enough, but I will keep his uniforms ready..just in case. Update- 9/18/2010: Juwan is leading the ACC in Kick Off Returns! Update: -6/2010: Juwan has started classes and football workouts at Duke University! I thought I would die when he had to leave, but he's doing well and I am soooo proud! Thanks to the Platinum clients who ask about him all the time. Keep him in your prayers. Update: 12/7/09: Juwan ended his Senior year with 1600 yards and 21 Touchdowns!! Update 7/1/09: Juwan made his announcement and will be playing football with the incredible Coach Cutcliffe at Duke. He plans on studying medicine. You will see him during the Holidays working as a helper again...Congrats Juwan!..Juwan is a rising Senior at Woodward Academy. He has been busy playing football (has many, many offers including Duke, Stanford, & Ole Miss, Tulane, Missouri, Boston College, Wake Forest and so much more!!!), running track and keeping his grades up..He is ranked #6 in Georgia and #34 in the nation! He is awesome at putting clients into the system and helping me make marketing deadlines.
Evan - Technician Helper - Evan is my other "son". Evan is Juwan's childhood friend and has been a helper with Willie and Robert throughout high school. He is a graduate of Chamblee High School's Class of 2010 and is a Sophmore at Valdosta State. He has worked on the trucks all this Summer and is now back at school.
